Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ  >> Cable  >> DVR (Digital Video Recorder)
Q:What does a DVR do?
A:A Time Warner Cable DVR-enabled set-top box puts TV on your schedule so you can watch what you want, when you want to watch it. Using your remote control, you can set it to automatically find and digitally record your favorite shows. DVR also gives you the power to pause live TV, create instant replays, fast-forward and rewind through your recorded program and tape two shows at the same time. Unlike other DVR brands, Time Warner Cable customers do not need to buy the equipment.
